This place is seriously so much fun. I’m convinced the bad reviews don’t understand how claw machines work or they just aren’t the type of people that find claw machines fun unless they win every time. These claw machines are fair, but that doesn’t mean you are guaranteed a win every time. It wouldn’t be fun that way. I’ve gone twice so far and each time spending about 30 dollars worth of tokens was enough for me to walk out with 4-5 decent sized plushies and some keychains. If you’re skilled at claw machines you can definitely walk away with a lot, but even if you aren’t you still have a chance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The owner is so sweet. She set us up for easy wins. My five year old niece can walk away with a few wins of her own so if anyone is complaining about the machines, it’s definitely a skill issue. Lol.

Cutest Dang Shop Right here in Henrico!!! No need to go downtown! Not far from Parham and Brook! Near the WaWa!! Adorable Place!! Upscale Claw Machines! 11 tokens for $10. Most machines cost 2 tokens. Phone charms and small items 1 token! My friend and I actually won 2 big plushies and an anime phone charm! **Locally Owned! NOT a franchise! Quaint hang-out, can make Ramen on the premises! This store just opened, but I have no doubt will be buzzing soon with so much activity. Awesome for kids and adults, also gamers and those interested in blind box events!!

Fun experience at Clawtopia! You can actually win at these machines, which makes it so fun! The manager encourages everyone to have a good time and provides excellent customer service. If you ask she will rearrange the plushies inside the machines. While we were there, she restocked several machines and was very helpful when we wanted to exchange some of the plushies we had won. The short 1 token machines are perfect for little kids!! I visited on a Tuesday during the day and appreciated the deal of the day 65 tokens for $50 (and no crowd!) ๑•ᴗ•๑

Super fun place! Can even buy the prizes if you don't win anything! The claw machines are pure skill, so its a little hard, but got around 7 plushies with 40$. It's definitely just a fun time and hope they expand even more. People who say the claw machines are rigged don't know how they work. The full strength pull system works every 4-5 grabs, but even then all you have to do is a grab a little bit and the plushies fall because they're so many. And the staff. Omg super nice lady, super amazing, just all-around great experience, will come back 🥰

We visited for the first time today. My girls (ages 6 and 8) love claw machines! The place is very clean and well organized. The gentleman working was really cool and engaging. I appreciate he wasn’t just on his phone behind a counter or something the whole time we were there. He gave my kids tips and encouragement and was excited when they won too. I’m sad I didn’t get his name, but we appreciate you! We were just driving through today and didn’t have a lot of time to play, but we’ll be back for sure!

My girlfriend and I visited Clawtopia for the first time today, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! A huge shout-out to Evan, who was fantastic, super attentive and made the visit so much fun. I also have to give a special thank you to Mimi, the owner. She was so kind and when we needed assistance, she responded immediately. It’s rare to find such dedicated and friendly people. If you’re looking for great service and a fun time, this is the place. We will definitely be coming back!

Winnable games! Just visited Clawtopia and had an excellent time. We spent $20 and won 5 plushies - all very cute and nice quality. Good way to spend an hour of time wandering around and looking for different prizes in each machine. There was a Pokemon plush that was buried in one game and the attendant was SUPER nice to not only pull it out on top, but also set it up nice and neat right on the ledge for an easy win. I hope more claw arcades like this open up.

This place is so fun! I went on my birthday (yes, I'm 39, whatever) and the owner was so nice and even gave me a bday present! You can actually win prizes from these machines (it's not impossible like other places) and you can trade up for bigger prizes if you want, but I did not want. Anyway, this place is amazing, definitely check it out! As for the people complaining that they couldn't win anything, they should get good or something, I dunno.

This shop is literally the cutest! You could easily spot it a mile away with all the pretty lights. It has a variety of claw machines staked up with unique plushies and different Asian snacks; I won the cutest among-us character within a few tries. The token-dollar exchange rate was very reasonable and the shop owner was very sweet! I will be back!! ☺️

An amazing and fun experience!!!👏👏 Machines are not rigged, so plenty of opportunity to grab a prize. And the stuffed animals are adorable . What really makes Clawtopia outstanding, is the help from staff… specifically Evan Cox. He goal is to try and have no one leave empty handed👍 Go there… you will not be disappointed!!

This was such a fun experience. My daughter and I had a blast and she walked away super happy with her prizes. The arcade is clean, bright, and the staff member helping us was SO kind. We drove an hour to visit, and they did not let us down. I have a feeling we will be back for a birthday party or days out with friends!

Had such a special time with my 7 year old while visiting family! The owner is incredibly accommodating and very kind. Getting to know her was a true pleasure and it shows how much love she puts into her business. The smaller atmosphere was very cozy and the even the adults had so much fun! Can't wait to come back!

1st time visiting and was a wonderful experience. Employee was very helpful and helped move things to the middle for easier grabs. My 6yr was happy to get the prizes she won and employee offered a bag to put our loot in. Very attentive. We will come back again.

Evan and the owner were amazing!! I love my new mushroom lamp. I won so many prizes and spent not that much. I love this place. A hole in the wall that I will continue to come to. Thank you so much Mimi for my lamp! I love you.
