Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://clawtopiarichmond.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Clawtopia reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Clawtopia provides Arcade Games, Ramen Machine, Arcade Photo Booth, Cotton Candy Machine, Candy Vending Machine, Capsule Toy Machines and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Clawtopia (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Clawtopia may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Clawtopia does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Clawtopia arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Clawtopia from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under VA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in VA for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
